You may not know it but the Bahamas’ weather makes it the ideal location for a tropical destination wedding anytime of the year, as not all warm weather destinations are the same.

You see the islands of the Bahamas are at the Northern edge of the Caribbean and this means that it has daytime high temperatures averaging from the upper 70s to low 80s during the high tourist season of mid-December through mid-April.

Which means that if you are thinking about having your Christmas wedding in the Bahamas on the beach,  you will find that the Bahamas not only have the most crystal clear water, powdery pink and white sand beaches in the world but the weather that make it possible any time of the year.

Today’s featured Bahamas wedding professional is wedding and events photographer Ephraim Jones of J&J Photo Imagining. Ephraim shares responsibilities of the company’s operation with his son Jamal.

Here are some of Ephraim’s  favourite things about the holiday…
  1. What is your favorite holiday movie? I don’t have a holiday movie but spend my time watching the Lakers play basketball and also watching football.
  2. What is your favorite holiday song? I have to say its Mary’s Boy Child by the Merry Men.
  3. What is your favorite holiday sweet indulgence? Oh I like Fruit Cake with milk.
  4. What is your favorite Holiday tradition? I have a Sunday lunch with my children, grand children  and a few close friends. And my wife prepares ham and Turkey with lobster stuffing.

Thanks Ephraim for sharing and we wish you and your family a happy holiday and hope your Lakers can give you a win the holiday.

And we would love to hear your holiday favourites as well so do add them in the comments section below.
