Your vision coupled with our wedding planner’s ideas; together we will create a wedding in the Bahamas that will be the most memorable day of your lives!
- You may already have a theme in mind, but looking for some help in crystallizing your ideas.
- Or you need assistance with budgeting, favours, music or vendors for your wedding in the Bahamas?
Whatever the task you require for your Bahamas wedding planning, we will help you get it done!
Consultations are $150.00 for the first hour, and $100.00 per hour thereafter.
Nuptial Escape to Paradise (Wedding Day Coordination)
If you have everything planned out for your wedding in the Bahamas, and you just want to ensure everything goes smoothly and according to plan on your wedding day – then Escape to Paradise is the Bahamas wedding package for you!
We will assist you with everything from:-
- organizing your wedding rehearsal
- confirming & providing final payments to vendors
- ensuring décor
- creating wedding day timeline
And doing whatever you require to relieve you of the concern and stress about anything on your special day in the Bahamas.

Island Nuptial Extravagance (Full Wedding Coordination)

This Bahamas wedding package that allows us to assist you with anything and everything from beginning to end, to ensure that your wedding in the Bahamas is exactly as you dreamed it would be!
And all you will have to do is relax and enjoy the special and memorable moments that your wedding day will create for you, your family and friends. As we will take care of it all!
You will have full contact with our Bahamas wedding planner via telephone and/or email as we plan your wedding in the Bahamas .
The fee for Full Wedding Coordination is 15% of your overall budget and expenses. Minimum charge of $1500.00 applies.
Island Nuptial Success (Mentoring for Brides)
This customized Bahamas wedding package is designed for brides who require some mentoring and guidance for their Bahamas wedding and help in making their special day a Nuptial success.
We will provide you with the tools and local wedding planning expertise necessary to make your wedding day in the Bahamas as stress and worry free as possible!

The perfect Bahamas beach wedding package for an exotic tropical beach wedding on a white powdery sand beach, with beautiful lush vegetation, wide open views of the ocean, and a back drop of gentle ocean waves under a clear blue sky.
You will have your very own personal wedding coordinator to help you make the magical wedding of your dreams a reality without you having the wedding planning stress, whether for just the two of you or eighty-two!
Bahamas Beach wedding Nuptial package includes:-
- Wedding Consultation with your exclusive wedding planner
- Wedding Officiant & Licensed Marriage Officer
- Priority Submission of Marriage License Application
- Certified Copy of Marriage Certificate
- Bridal Tropical Bouquet
- Matching Groom’s Boutonniere
- Personal Escort to Registrar General’s Office and Assistance with obtaining Affidavit & Marriage License
- Transportation to and from Nuptial Beach
- Personal Coordinator to assist with arranging other vendors and wedding services
Cost – US $925.00
* There is an additional charge for weddings that are held on the weekends and holidays.
* You will also need an Affidavits to qualify for your marriage license (if you have never been married) these are $45.00 each.

Bahamas Wedding Packages Options
As it is our goal to ensure that every wedding is perfect, the following options may be added to your wedding packages.
- Floral Designer – to create the elegant floral appeal of your special day.
- Wedding Designer – to create the look and feel of your day
- Videography – Video service coverage may be purchased in increments of 1 (one) hour.
- Photography – Photography services may be purchased in increments of 1 (one) hour .
- Music – You can choose from Classical, Violinist, Guitarist, Saxophonist, Flautist, Calypso Band or Steel Band. All in 1 (one) hour increments.
- D.J. – D.J. services may be purchased in 1 (one) hour increments.
- Receptions Venue – Outdoor or indoor receptions can be arranged at the beach or a garden setting.
- Transportation – Transportation services for your guest may be purchased in 1 (one) hour increments
- Airport Pickup – Be greeted at the airport and transported to your hotel in comfort.
